Treasury

US government debt securities

Bonds and bills issued by the US Treasury; the ten-year yield and the three-month bill rate define the US yield curve.

Treasury bills run up to a year, notes from two to ten, bonds twenty and thirty. The ten-year note yield is the world's most watched interest rate. The Federal Reserve Board publishes constant-maturity yields daily, from which FRED derives the 10y–3m spread.
